ANZ have a long history of using incentives to drive credit card acquisitions. But response rates were dropping and they needed a new approach for the ANZ Rewards Platinum Credit Card.

Given the premium nature of the product we needed a way to get high value credit card users to switch to ANZ, even when most are not actively in-market looking for a new credit card.
