So Long Fat Cats
B-Corp
For B Corp's first brand campaign in AU & NZ we launched a very special film. A call to arms for other businesses to get involved, showing that there is a better way to do business. And yes, you can make money and be a good citizen! Doing business in a better way needs to take centre stage. That’s the heartbeat of “So Long Fat Cats,” a campaign that doesn’t just challenge the status quo - it buries it. By turning the boardroom fat cat on its head, the work is a symbol of greed overstaying its welcome. People and our planet can’t afford another century of business as usual, so the film gives a voice to the world as a rallying cry, yelling out - there is a better way. "So Long Fat Cats” reminds us what needs to end, and what must endure.
B is For…
In contrast to the smug, overfed feline, the campaign celebrates companies that use business as a force for good. From ethical superannuation funds and banks to food and drink manufacturers and sustainable service providers, Certified B Corps are redefining success in business.
Launched 25 August and running across TV, social, OOH, digital, and earned and owned channels in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand, the Better Business campaign is the latest instalment of B Lab AANZ’s work to raise awareness of the B Corp movement, which now includes over 10,000 certified companies worldwide – including Patagonia, Intrepid, Aesop, Australian Ethical, and Bank Australia. Media strategy and execution is led by Benedictus Media.
