JULES HALL

CEO

Starting out as a management consultant for Accenture, Jules was one of the early believers in digital communications making the transition to one of London’s first digital agencies in 2000. After spending time as General Manager of NetX in Sydney, Jules founded The Hallway in 2007 to create an agency that he felt could be more relevant, more effective and more interesting.

Jules’ grounding in management consultancy influences his approach to communications bringing a commercial rigour and an openness to innovation. For three years Jules sat on the Board of the Account Planning Group in Australia and he was recognized as one of the industry’s rising stars in 2010, making AdNews’ list of ‘40 under 40’.

Outside of work Jules blames his sporting background for his competitive edge. In 1993 he represented Great Britain at the world rowing championships.

These days sailing has replaced rowing. He has competed in most of the world’s major ocean races including four Sydney-Hobarts.
