Your clients see you as a dedicated and strategic agency lead. Agency colleagues know you’re a rock solid champion of effective and intelligent creative and strategic work.
You deconstruct complex business problems and engineer strategies to address them. You forge long-term relationships with your clients, going as far as working in your clients’ offices some days, consistently looking for opportunities to add value.
A natural hybrid, you’re able to manage projects spanning all mediums, remaining focused on the audience and their mindset. You have experience working on project-based clients where each job must be tightly scoped and the value sold to your client.
You collaborate and communicate brilliantly with strategists, producers, and creatives, and are great at mentoring juniors. You can handle senior staff and strong personalities, always focusing on the bigger picture and the greater good.
You are articulate and passionate, able to engage in constructive debate when necessary, giving clients confidence in your ability to understand their business and provide clever and engaging solutions to their briefs.
Direct the creation and delivery of category defining creative work to our clients
Own the financial performance of your clients including revenue and profitability
Maximise client satisfaction and expanding and cementing our relationship
Make the work, the people and the culture as great as they can be. Push boundaries.
Essential Skills and Experience
5+ years advertising agency experience working on integrated clients
Proven ability to build long-term relationships with clients
Track record of delivering tangible business results for clients with sizeable marketing budgets
